Alpha - At 22 years old, rap artist Alpha is ready to make a change in the world of rap. Choosing the name Alpha because he is his mother's firstborn and the beginning of her legacy, Alpha describes his music as having a spiritual feel to it though he started out a deejay, Alpha soon started rapping after becoming disappointed with hip-hop and the music being put out by rap artist, Alpha believes that rap lyrics should be about more than selling drugs and busting guns. Unlike a lot of artist, Alpha is not concerned with financial gain, but wants to make his own history musically. "Music is an outlet to release energy whether positive or negative, it's an expression of self", says the artist. Alpha is not limited to expressing himself musically, this creative soul also draws and airbrushes to get his paint across. He one day plans to own his own clothing line based on his innovative ideas.
